LNAT Personal Statement Generator (New Format)

This tool is designed to help you craft a well-structured personal statement for your law university applications, following the updated UCAS format.

Instructions

  • The new UCAS personal statement consists of 3 main questions. To make the drafting process easier, we have broken them down into 9 smaller prompts focused on a law application.
  • Answer the prompts in your own words. When you download your statement, your answers will be automatically combined into the 3 main sections required by UCAS.
  • Each of the 3 main sections requires a minimum of 350 characters.
  • The overall personal statement has a combined limit of 4,000 characters.
  • Once completed, click 'Download TXT' to get a text file formatted for the UCAS portal.
  • We strongly recommend running a spelling and grammar check in Microsoft Word before submitting.
